Literatures of the World - My Thoughts

           I can't believe I'm already 2/3 of the way through my freshman year of college. The past year, when I look over it carefully, seems as if it went by both really fast and really slow (that probably didn't make much sense...). Although the transition between high school and college was not drastic (since classes were still on Zoom and all assignments were online), Cultures and Ideas was the first English class I took that was centered so much around discussion. This really made the class a lot more interesting, and exposed to lots of new viewpoints and ideas that my wonderful classmates shared during class. The most unexpected thing about this course was definitely how small and intimate of a class this was, as even my other honors classes didn't feel so close-knit.           I'm really going to miss this class, and I'd like to thank each and every one of my classmates, along with Prof. Burnham, for...
